The Nutman logo |
The Nutman logo is probably a mystery to many people. Most people probably don't know what it's supposed to look like, so I'll try to explain to you what it is, where it came from, etc. |
The idea for the logo came as a friend of mine accidently passed a picture of The Death to me. We were testing his email account, so he mailed me this picture of The Death, standing on a hill top with his cape on, waving in the wind and his cleaver resting on his body. I don't remember how I started to work with the picture, but I cut out the main character and played a bit with that image. Soon I had an image, that no longer looked like its gloomy origin, but more like a dancer, who moves very strangely. I realized, that I had a logo here. A thing, by which people would know me, without me having to write my name anywhere. The logo wasn't really meant to be a logo in the beginning, but I have expanded and intensified the use of it, so it now stands out as "Nutman". |
